Delete your account

Applies to all PCOScan accounts

In the app (instant)

  1. Open PCOScan and go to the Pattern tab.
  2. Tap the gear icon (Settings) in the top corner.
  3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your account and your data — profile, scans and photos, symptom logs, and cycle history — from our production systems promptly, and from encrypted backups within 35 days. It cannot be undone.

By email

If you can't access the app, email jfleming@nolemon.app from the address associated with your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will action it within 30 days and confirm when done.

Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store subscription — cancel it in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) to avoid further charges.

Want a copy of your data first? Use the in-app export (Settings) before deleting, or ask us by email.
